We are looking for licensed clinicians to join us as independent contractors. If you are looking for a practice that supports your clinical autonomy while providing built-in structure, we would love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed clinicians (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT), in good standing with NC and take a client-centered approach to care. You should feel confident managing your own caseload and schedule as an independent contractor.

Important: This is an independent contractor (1099) position, not an employee role. You will operate as a self-employed clinician contracting with our practice.
